In the 2005 Caribbean Travel & Life "Best of the Caribbean Reader’s Choice Awards" the Divi Aruba was voted the leading all inclusive resort in the Caribbean, receiving the most votes in this category.

The AAA 3-Diamond beachfront Divi Aruba offers 203 air-conditioned accommodations in one-, two- or three-story buildings each with patio or balcony, color satellite television, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, mini-fridge and telephone.

Located 10 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from Aruba’s capital city, Oranjestad, this low-rise resort is set on a beautiful beach, with a shopping arcade and Alhambra Casino nearby.

Guests staying at Divi Aruba also have use of all facilities and services at the newly renovated, oceanfront Tamarijn Aruba All Inclusive, located next door.

Stays at the Divi Aruba include all meals and snacks at a choice of 5 restaurants and 2 snack bars, unlimited beverages at 6 bars and the use of 3 freshwater pools.

In addition, all guests may use the Divi Winds Sports Center, which features a well-equipped air-conditioned oceanfront fitness center with the latest Cybex strength and cardiovascular equipment and beachfront 30-foot outdoor rock climbing wall.

The Divi Winds Sports Center also offers non-motorized water sports including snorkeling equipment, snorkel clinic and tour, sunfish sailing, floats, kayaks, beginner’s windsurfing equipment and “Learn to Windsurf” beach clinic.

Tennis, beach volleyball, beach olympics, cruiser bikes, bike tour, tennis clinic, entertainment nightly, theme nights, ticket to Bon Bini Festival (seasonal), Funbook! with coupons for the adjacent Alhambra Casino, tax and service charges are further all part of what guests receive at Divi Aruba.

Opened on October 31, 2004, The Links at Divi Aruba is the newest optional amenity for guests of the resort. Offering discounted green fees and premium tee times to guests of the resort, the 9-hole course features an on-site golf school and clubhouse with pro shop (clubhouse is expected to open in 2005).

Another optional amenity, the Indulgence by the Sea Spa, features pampering treatments from massages to facials to body scrubs. Also, a new internet lounge recently opened at the adjacent Tamarijn Aruba.

Some additional fees apply for use of golf, spa and internet offerings. Rates, features and facilities are subject to change without notice. Certain restrictions may apply and no refunds will be given for unused features.
