Belmar Apartments Upgraded dive services and windsurf package are new additions at Belmar Apartments. Lockers have been added to the dive shop. Wooden benches and stairs have been added on the dive dock. Belmar offers dive tanks on the dock for 24 hours a day. Buddy Dive Resort: Since taking over Lions Dive a meeting/classroom on the dock next to the dive shop and Buddy's Reef Bar opened, the Activity Center was relocated to the dock on the “Lions Dive”-side, the Buddy's Rangers kids club launched, and a new road connecting the one that leads to Buddy's dive shop with the parking lot at Lions Dive was completed.
