3-6 day cruises have 1 formal night
7-13 day cruises have 2 formal nights

14-20 day cruises have 3 formals nights

21-28 day cruises have 4 formal nights

29+ day cruises have a minimum of 5 formal nights

What to wear

On formal nights, ladies dress in evening gowns or cocktail dresses. Men may wear tuxedos, dinner jackets or dark suits.
