On every ship, Holland America’s Main Dining Room provides 5-course meals featuring recipes ranging from classic Continental cuisine to regionally-inspired and vegetarian options, all designed by Master Chef Rudi Sodamin.

All of HAL’s Main Dining Rooms offer stylish Rosenthal china and crisp white linens with decorations of fine art and antiques.  

As part of HAL’s As You Wish dining program, passengers have several dining options.

Traditionalists can choose a pre-set seating and dining time: Either the early seating at 5:45 p.m. or the main seating at 8 p.m.

The second floor of the two-tiered main restaurants offer flexible open seating starting earlier at 5:15 pm and ending at 9 p.m. daily.

You can show up anytime during those hours or make a reservation for a specific time and table during the same time period.
