Residency

You must have been admitted to the island and registered a minimum of a month. This effectively bars non-residents.

Required Documents

a) Original birth certificates for both parties.

b) Original final divorce decree for anyone who has been divorced.

c) Blood tests and health certificates are not required.

d) 2 witnesses who reside in the Antilles are required to attend the ceremony.

e) Civil marriages are performed at the Census Office. Religious ceremonies may be performed in a church.

f) Application fees for a marriage license are NAfl 75 Monday through Friday during normal office hours, NAfl100 on weekends and holidays.
