Length: several hundred yards. Time: 10-15 minutes. Difficulty: A 2-3 as it is a steep hike to the top and could be slippery. Trailhead: This short, marked trail leads off from the main Rain Forest Trail about mid-way.

The loop trail displays the best-preserved part of the forest. The massive bulletwood tree grows here, reaching a height of 100 feet and a girth of 4 feet.

Bromeliads and ferns grow in profusion. This loop returns to the main Rain Forest Trail a few yards from where it cuts off.
