October Hurricanes
Usually Strike Where

In October storms tend to track closer to the Continental United States.

This is bad news for such islands as Bermuda, the Bahamas, Turks and Caicos, Cayman Islands, Jamaica and Cuba. Caribbean Mexico and Latin American countries also face risk.

Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and others are now out of the bulls eye for the rest of the season, though anything can happen, anywhere, anytime.
