Port of Galveston
Caribbean Cruises

Caribbean cruises are offered year-round from the Texas Cruise Ship Terminal on Galveston Island. The Port of Galveston is located 42 miles from the Houston Hobby International Airport and 70 miles from the Houston Intercontinental Airport. 

The cruises
It takes about 30 minutes from the terminal to the open Gulf. Carnival Ecstasy sails on 4- and 5-day cruises to the Mexican coast. The Carnival Conquest sails every Sunday for 7-day cruises to Mexico, Jamaica and Grand Cayman

Royal Caribbean International sails from Galveston seasonally, from January through April only. Voyager of the Seas offers 7-day sailings to Cozumel, Grand Cayman, Jamaica, and Key West.

Voyager of the Seas does 7-day cruises alternating to such ports as Montego Bay, Jamaica; George Town, Grand Cayman; Roatan, Honduras; Costa Maya & Cozumel, Mexico
