All aboard the St. Kitts
Scenic Railway, the Caribbean's only rail excursion. The Sugar
Train follows the 1912 narrow gauge track used to bring sugar
cane into Basseterre. The passenger cars are modern, the hostesses
mix pina coladas and rum punches and a local choir entertains
with gospel melodies. And it chugs along on Caribbean time, covering
