Cuban Mojito Recipe

1 teaspoon powdered sugar
1 lime, 2 ounces juice
4 mint leaves
1 sprig of mint
Havana Club white Rum (2 ounces)
2 ounces club soda

Place mint leaves in tall glass (often called a "collins" glass). Squeeze lime juice over it. Add powdered sugar. Lightly smash mint into the lime juice and sugar with a muddler or back of a fork or spoon.

Add ice, then rum. Stir. Top off with club soda or stir club soda in. Garnish with spring of mint.
