St. Lucia Jazz & Arts Festival

Now more than a quarter century old The St. Lucia Jazz and Arts Festival often runs for more than a week, starting either at the end of April or in early May. It features literally scores of musical performances stretching across Saint Lucia in a variety of locations. The St. Lucia Jazz and Arts Festival is one of the Caribbean's premier musical and entertainment events.

Musical venues span from Vieux Fort in the South, including rustic village settings like Rudy John Beach Park in the southwest village of Laborie. Saint Lucia’s iconic Pigeon Island National Park is where main stage events unfold each year.

Internationally known headliners have included jazz guitarist George Benson, Grammy winner Jon Secada, Jamaican reggae musician and actor Jimmy Cliff, Latin sensation Timbalive,American rapper Flo Rida, acclaimed Paris-based pianist Alain Jean Marie and many, many more.

The full line-up for each year (often not highlighted beginning until January or February) is found here. Dates for the next year's St. Lucia Jazz and Arts Festival are posted far earlier.
